Cancellation Policy
At The Good Box Boutique, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect our providers’ time and other clients waiting to book, we require the following: Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ written notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Notice must be submitted via the booking system or in writing. Direct messages through social media do not constitute official notice. Failure to provide 24-hour notice will result in the following charges: • Late Cancellation (under 24 hours): 50% of the scheduled service total. • No-Show: 100% of the scheduled service total. • Same-Day Cancellation: Treated as a late cancellation. Charges will be automatically processed to the card on file. Late Arrival Policy Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may: • Receive a shortened service to avoid disrupting the schedule, or • Be required to reschedule and charged a late cancellation fee. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show. A valid card is required to secure all appointments. By booking, you agree to this policy.
